When ordering in bulk a 1/4 of beef from us is approx. 100lbs.
The 1/4's we offer take up about 3-4cu.ft of freezer space. Most freezers above a refrigerator are approx 4cu. ft so a 1/4 of beef could fit in your regular refrigerator freezer if you have nothing else in there, but MOST folks store it in a small independent freezer so they have room for other delicious food!
What ya get?
50lbs of Ground Beef, a mix of roasts, stew meat, korean ribs (these are so good!), cube steak or swiss steak, a skirt or flank steak and 4-5 premium steaks (T-Bone, Ribeye, or Sirloin) and two brisket.
Total Price: approx. $869.00 depending on ending weight of your Quarter.
We charge $5.50/lb on the Hanging Weight, please understand each animal will vary and we will do our best to keep you informed.

By clicking this item into your cart, you are paying for a DEPOSIT on a Quarter (1/4) of a beef. You are agreeing to either pick up your beef from our ranch or pay for shipping to your home (expect it to be approx. $250 or more depending on shipping rates). We will contact you when it goes into butcher and again when it is ready for pickup. The remaining amount owed must be paid at pickup either in cash or with a card.
All of our beef is Grain-Finished on NON-GMO grain products purchased local to our ranch. Our beef is dry aged for atleast 21 days for optimum flavoring. We do not feed our cattle any corn. We are confident you will be in love with what you taste when you order from us.
